Apricot jam with rosemary

Considered nectar of the gods and brought as an offering to them by the Greeks, apricots have travelled a long way from Asia to Armenia, then spread throughout Europe. In Romania and in the orchards of Buzoa, they occupy an important place. Apricots, a source of vitamins, fibre and antioxidants, have a special flavour, to which we have tried to add a little extra flavour with spices and aromatic herbs.

We suggest an appetizer: bruschette with goat cheese cream, a spoonful of apricot jam and a very thin slice of homemade prosciutto.
